Praying With Our Feet is a story told from the point of view of a young girl who takes part in a walk for peace, along with her parents and members of her church. The story includes reminiscing of the events that led to the walk, and reflections on what her minister and otehr adults have said about the meaning of the walk.
The book includes a score of the song "Praying With Our Feet" by the author and an afterword by Tonya Ramer Wenger.

About the Author

Lisa D. Weaver
teaches English as a Second Language at a public elementary school in Madison, Wisconsin, allowing her to connect daily with families from many countries and cultures. She is a graduate of Goshen College in Indiana, and an active member of her Mennonite church community. Lisa shares daily life with her husband and two sons.
